These are a bunch of pictures of the various crops we've planted and a status update. Soybeans and all corn except drought-tolerant were planted on May 21. Drought-tolerant corn was planted on June 1. RoundupReady cotton was planted on June 25.
Shot of the field from the southeast corner shows corn and frame of tent that will be placed over the walkway just before the show.
This is along the north walkway. The corn is about waist high.
Here is the south walkway, where you see soybeans on the left and corn on the right.
Here's some late-planted RoundupReady cotton.
This is delayed lanted dicamba-resistant soybean being watered. We'll spray these two rows just prior to the show and hopefully we'll see a dramatic difference between the trait and non-trait versions. Check out the time-lapse film of the dicamba soy growth and die down from last year's Farm Progress Show.
